| hey all!
i know im a little late, so this shall be my "thanksgiving/christmas" update.  for those that heard me this past sunday on Luke, i guess it shall be a little redundant. please bear with me. this is the story i wanted to tell without being nervous and stuttering:
Almost two years ago, I wanted to be friends with this "ultra-cool, totally out-of-reach" person. But because I thought they were too cool, I didnt know what to do. I prayed about it, and asked for a sign. Now this isnt some completely miraculous sign I asked for, it was just a simple little sign that I knew would be from God. Because if it wasnt, I didnt believe it would happen. Then it happened, I received the sign that I had asked for. I have to admit though, I was very impatient. A few months passed, and nothing reallie happened. I began to question God, and wondered if that sign was just a coincedence, and nothing else. However, almost 7 months after I had seen the sign, the thing that I believed was miraculous happened. We became friends.
To everyone reading this, Merry Christmas! don't ever doubt yourself, just pray to God. and if He says He's going to do something, just believe Him, no matter the impatience we all may have.
And to you, thank you for becoming one of my closest and best friends ever.
